Award Winning
Karma wants to thank Justin Bookter (Basketball Player) for writing an awesome letter to the Silver Black Give Back application. The letter was a big plus that secured a huge grant that we received to add an A/C for the gym.
National Night Against Crime
This National event is celebrated throughout the country on the first Tuesday in October. Contact us closer to the month of October if you want to help out or have a booth set up to help support this event.
Latest Project
Our Summer Feeding Program this year was a huge success. Thanks to the S.A."Food Bank" for providing the meals! The kids had a blast; we played basketball, dodge ball, badminton, kickball and so much more plus arts & crafts and many special projects. We want to thank Ms. Hayes for providing "Cultural Day" meals as well as our delicious daily snacks. All the participants received a backpack full of school supplies as well as a new pair of shoes & socks; thanks to Ms. Cortez and her "Roland's Shoe Rack" program. They also provided the kids with a complete lunch and a water slide for a fun filled day. We miss all the kids from the program; have a great start of a new school year!
